Its my second time taking the gmat first time 390 second time 400. On practice test i was scoring 500s so i thought i was ready. I received a 17 in verbal. I bought the Manhattan sentence correction book and on practice test i would get a range from 26-35. I not going to give up it would be like giving up on my dreams!!!! Can someone please help me with sentence correction do i need to start out with basic grammer books to learn verbs and subject i dont no what to do. On Gmatprep i would get 9 wrong out of 15 or so questions but on Manhatten test i would get 3 wrong out of 15 thats because i knew the rules.
My critical resoning is ok i usually get 7/12 right but i would like to improve that also and reading comp. I would like my verbal to be in the 27-32 range that would be great for me. I really need help in improving my verbal score please someone that has had problems with verbal please help me. Im not talking about those people that are so smart they score 750s and i dont want to hear just read the books because i have. I cant afford a prep class either. And i dont no where to find a Gmat tutor. So please help me if you can.
