Dear Experts,
This is to tell you that I sat for the GMAT the second time on the 1st of August and received the same score of 590 as the first attempt. I'm really at a loss to find out what is it that's going wrong. I studied really hard this time. I read the Manhattan books, practiced the Official guide at least thrice. I sat for practice tests. The last mock test I gave was from Veritas and I scored 680. I found the Maths a little hard.
In the actual GMAT exam, I can remember that the second Quant sum was wrongly answered, then a parabola type coordinate geometry sum that I had no idea about. The coordinate geometry sum was probably the 25th sum. The rest of the section was more or less answered correctly with a few educated guesses.
In the verbal section, I was struggling a little with the CR questions. At the end the result came out as Q40 and V31
In the first GMAT I scored Q47 and V26.
I really cannot comprehend what is going wrong and what is it that needs to be set right. I'm adamant that I'll sit for the GMAT the third time. But may I please ask the experts for some form of advise?
