HI my name is gaurav ahuja. I recently gave the gmat and secured 680 on the gmat. I have an undergrad gpa of 3.9. work experience of about 24 months in hotels but at the front desk doing night audit and customer service. Is that considered a clerical work experience and will it prohibit me from getting into some good B-school? Can someone please suggest me some good B-schools suiting my profile for MBA in finance

I would advise you to get a couple more years work experience before applying. It's likely your experience will be perceived just as you fear and working your way up the ladder a little more will demonstrate your leadership potential and drive.
