I just finished the Kaplan Premier Book. It was the first book I used thanks to suggestions from this forum. The book gives some strategies and a nice overview of the test. It's probably your best starting-off point if you're new to the GMAT. Depending on how much time you have to study, spend more ...

I guess, presumably, one could get fired right after they are accepted into a school. ...

Congrats on the great score! I'm a native English speaker and Verbal is definitely my strong area. I don't want to neglect Verbal, but I'd rather spend the bulk of my time on Quant. Can you go into a little bit more detail on your study plan for Verbal?
Thanks in advance.

Did you use Kaplan's Verbal Workbook? That might help you improve your verbal score if you feel you need more practice with that section. Check out DanaJ's book review: http://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/2009/11/ ... ook-review

Perminology,
Can you share an overview of your Quant study schedule? That's my area of weakness as well and I'm trying to set up a study schedule for it.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the response. A follow up question: While reviewing practice questions, should I review just the questions I got wrong, or the ones I got right as well? Is reviewing the ones I got right a waste of time?

550 to 700+ Can I make it happen?
Hey everyone, I've finally decided to buckle down and really lay out a study plan for the GMAT. However, with all the information available on this forum/site it's hard to narrow down a 'correct' study schedule for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am planning on taking the GMAT towards t...
