Let's take x=y and
(x+y)^2=(10*2^1/2)^2
x=5*2^1/2=y that's the least
and x^2+y^2=100
So for all other cases for (x+y)^2>200
x^2+y^2>100

some (k,l) pairs are (2,18),(4,16),(5,15),(-2,22) etc
accordingly j has various values apart from -12.
