What is the OA

'suggests that' is required here.
Only 'C' has it. but 'C' also has 'suggests that a least', which is awkward. So I am confused.
Can someone comment.

oa is c...But for the same reason of clumsiness,i avoid that option..

I think C is correct
if I change

"a least a portion" to
"at least a portion".

but if its a gmat prep Qn thn there is no scope for typo :(
