PLease put soucre of the Question to every question you put on the forum. YOu have put around 15 questions at a time and none of the questions mentions source of these questions.

Since you seem to be one of the star performers here, request you agin to abide by rules.

This is straight forward IDIOM question, so if we know the idiom then we can directly solve the problem.

Correct Idiom: ESTABLISHED BY

so the answer is E. All the other options use unidiomatic expressions
