I would go with E

This is why i think E is right;

Idiom is Unlike X,Y... where X and Y are parallel.

Men of science should be parallel to women,after unlike.

for the sake of parallelism, IMO E.
however i am not clear about the necesity for have had. have seems to be sufficient . any takers?

E is correct and yes you do need have had, since this is the past.

Clearly, E maintains the parallelism: men of science vs women of science. Use of "have had" is awkward, but parallelism is a glaring issue in rest of the options. A has ambiguous reference ("their") problem.
Each soul is potentially divine. The goal is to manifest this divine within.
