Correct Answer is B. Why is C incorrect

A. Ignore it. Eyes is compared to mamma. like things can be only compared. Eg. "My hair style can be compared to your hairstyle". But saying that "My hair style is as good as you" is wrong.

B. Correct. Reasoning after I reason C.

C. Ignore it. See here, "Eyes" is referred as "their" in the question. So, correct comparison requires "those" instead of "that".

Hence, B correctly says "mammal's", thus avoiding the confusion between that and those etc.

D and E. Wrong idiom. Correct idiom is :Different from.
