I also think the answer should be E, even though it contains the much hated 'being'. As we have seen in the OG, 'being' can be correct on the GMAT.

Interesting question though, what is the source?

i would also go with E option.................i was confused bw C & E but went for E because in C if u see "and which" "which" is not preceded by a comma.............

A is wrong because "fraction of the electricity of current computer chips" changes the intended meaning..................

wats the OA?
