Correct meaning is if its not possible to eradicate / remove atleast it should be in control. here it means both

C-avoids "They" which was correctly referring to the plural subject "experts"


3. A and C look close but are not

what in A looks interrogative which is not the tone of the question

see "other" ...Common usage of "other" is to refer second object in a group of two...here we have 3 infections..and hence to refer the remaing two i.e measles and yaws "other" is not a correct usage

Also, "of the other infections such as" looks awkward...
