how to resolve this SC ? How do you select the right SC ?

First of all violates in the second part of the sentence nidicates that first part should contain a noun, so A,B,E are out adn we have only C and D falure.
D is out because of the modifier placement as prominently the highest price in a range of prices for a service or product as the lowest is less clear then to advertise the highest price in a range of prices for a service or product as prominently as the lowest , so C is the best answer choice.
