Why c,d,e are incorrect?

The proper idiom is "different from" so d and e can be eliminated.

a) Not parallel - compares fish eyes and a mammal.

b) Correct. Parallel - compares fish eyes with mammal's [eyes]

c) "That" is singular and the plural form "those" is needed.
