The splits:

1. Tense:

Short tip: If we have "everyday/daily/every year/every week etc." in a sentence, it is in simple present tense.
--> This eliminates A and B.

2. Performed, every day, .............is not correct.
--> Eliminate C.
3. Born in is correct. We have read lot of sentences

He was born in India.
--> Eliminate E.

Answer is D.

"Born" can take a few prepositions in its idioms, and "born of" is one of the correct idioms. I would have to do some digging to verify that E is actually incorrect . . . we do have things like "born of necessity" in English. Either "born of" only gets used of things that can't give birth, or GMATCLUB didn't know better. I'll let you know if I find anything definitive.
