Total cost in dollars for 1 day = $(d + c*x/100)

So, the total cost in dollars for 7 days = $(7d +7 c*x/100)

Correct answer: D

Hope this helps!

Solution:

Each day, the average cost of delivery would be d + c/100 * x = d + cx/100 dollars. Therefore, for a week of 7 days, the total cost of deliveries is 7(d + cx/100) = 7d + 7cx/100 dollars.
