Sally overslept. Therefore, she didn't eat breakfast. She realized that she was late for school, so she ran as fast as she could and didn't see a hole in the ground which as in her path. she tripped and broke her ankle. She was then taken to the hospital and while lying in bed as visited by her friend, who wanted to know why she had got up so late.

Which of the following conclusions can be made from the above passage?

A. Because Sally didn't eat her breakfast, she broke her ankle.

B. Sally' friend visited her in the hospital because she anted to know why she as late for school.

C. Sally didn't notice the hope because she overslept.

D. Sally broke her ankle because she went to bed late the previous night

E. Sally's broken anjle meant she didn't go to school that day.

I was not too sure about the answer but I was able to eliminate the others...
E) - Sally's broken anjle meant she didn't go to school that day. - question does not say that she did not go to school. Maybe she went to school after treatment?

D. Sally broke her ankle because she went to bed late the previous night - She just got up late. Not given that she went to bed late

B. Sally' friend visited her in the hospital because she anted to know why she as late for school. - question says the friend wanted to why she had got up late not why she was late to school

C - Sally broke her ankle - because she tripped --->because she ran and didnt see the hole ---> she ran because she was late ----> she was late because she over slept
