12 rolls(as a bundle) - $9
12 rolls(separate) - $12
Savings - $3

Savings % = ($3/$12)*100 = 25%

Cost if a pack of 12 rolls is bought at a time = $9

Cost of 12 rolls is bought one at a time = $12

Saving made by purchasing the rolls ( As a pack ) = $3

Now % Savings made = { Savings Made/Cost incurred purchasing the roll ( Singly ) }*100%

=> ( 3/12 )*100% = 25%
