Review of Diagnostic Tests

by abhijitmaity » Fri Mar 29, 2013 9:40 pm
Hello,

I have completed all the Diagnostic tests (Verbal & Quants) as per the 60 Days plan.I was just curious to know that; is it necessary to review / do detailed analysis of all the questions which I have done in the Diagnostic Tests at this stage...? I could not find anything related to reviewing in the Plan. The explanations to the diagnostics tests are given in pages nos.46-104 in OG13.

Please guide me through.

My current level as per the Interpretive Guide is "BELOW AVERAGE" in Problem Solving,
Data Sufficiency,Reading Comprehension & Sentence Correction; except for Critical Reasoning section which is "AVERAGE". Any comment on my current level, as I have started preparing for any competitive exam after a long long gap.

Thanks !!

Regards,

ABHIJIT

There's no need to review or analyze the diagnostic test results. This test is meant to familiarize you with the types of questions found on the GMAT and give you a very approximate idea of your current skills. You will retake this test later on to help gauge your progress.

Regarding your "average" and "below average" results, don't worry. You're only on Day 2, so I wouldn't dwell too much on these results.

Cheers,
