The paper tests have several flaws: 1) they contain many, many questions from OG11, 2) they are non-adaptive, and 3) the quant is noticeably easier. These reasons may explain why your scores are so high on the paper exams especially if you have finished the OG11 book.

Have you completely finished the OG11 book? Have you thought about the Kaplan 800 book? I personally liked the Kaplan 800 book because it did not focus on the most advanced topics, but instead focused on providing hard questions on the most common topics. It focuses on high value questions that will very likely show up on the real exam.

710 is a high target with only 30 days of study, but if you are willing to put in extra time, you should be able to break 700. If you keep your V at 40 and do well on the Q portion, you'll hit your target.

My strategy was to study the high value questions that had a very good chance of appearing on the exam and to be able to answer every single one of those questions correctly and quickly.
