Hi,This is Nisha..I have given my GMAT on September 5th,2011.I got a very disappointing 620 score.Though I have put good effort of about three months,I did not see a good end result.I did finish all three OG 10/11/12 questions and Kaplan 800 as well.My prep scores were ranging from 660-720 in GMATprep tests.
Kaplan1-610
Kaplan2-620 (the earlier version)
In actual test I got Q-48 and V-27.Verbal i did very bad,time management was an issue.
I have 8 years of work ex in aviation research field and good extracurricular involvement.I need a minimum 700 score.
So now i am trying to refocus and give another try.Guys need your help in my preparation strategy.I plan to retake test after 2 months.OG quesions I have almost memorised,so can you guys please help me finding a correct strategy.

Its pretty clear you had a bad day. Dont worry.

Reaccess the possibility of the goals you had. I think the imbalance is more of a problem than the 620.

Go for the age old way..ABC(BAS in this case

)
Basics
Accuracy
Speed

In that order.

As far as the strategy goes, I believe you haven't found your comfort in balancing accuracy with speed. You need to first start answering questions with at least 90 percent accuracy for a 700 plus score. Once you do this for say 5 tests, then start timing the answering process.

SC-1 to 1.5 min
CR-1 to 1.75 min
RC-1.5 to 2.0 min (including time taken to read the passage)

Then 15 days before exam go backwards...first accuracy and then basic....because by this time you would have trained yourself for speed.
