I took my first GMAT two and a half years ago and scored a 570. This summer, I retook the test and scored a 620.
In both the cases, I did not seek any professional help. I was wondering would it be a good idea to take a third attempt given that most of the schools will be opening their applications soon and I plan to start a B-school in fall 2016?
I have worked with a leading MNC in electrical industry (1.5 year), a public policy think tank (3.5 years) and in India and have also held leadership position for a leading NGO in India. I am permanent resident of US and would only be applying in US.
I am planning to apply to top 15 program with focus on social enterprise and consulting .
Do you guys think a re-attempt would make sense and not be viewed as negative on the application?
Would really appreciate a feedback.
