Retake the GMAT? Unbalanced score

710, weighted heavily towards verbal. In general, is a heavily unbalanced score going to be a glaring weakness for top programs?

You should be striving to get above 80% in quant to have a strong chance. If you are significantly below, I would think about retaking.
