Resumes

Hi Stacy, thank you for your help on how to approach the recommenders.
I have another question regarding a resume.

Most of the schools limits the length of cover letter to one page. The length of resumes, however, is not specified by most schools. I have seen mixed recommendations on the length of the resume either one page or two pages. I can do one page with highlighting main points or use two pages and list more detailed accomplishments. Please help.

Dear bjcoolj,

Unless you have over 15-20 years of experience, then your resume should be one page. Remember, it is your highlight reel, so it does not need to list every responsibility and task you had in the role.

Good luck,
Lisa
