Grammatically A and D are correct to me, but there is a technical problem in D.

COMMA + VERB-INGmodifies the entire preceding clause and retains subject of the preceding clause.

Example:

I have scored high in math, leading my average score to a standard one.

Leading modifies the entire preceding clause.

if we think "lead" as a verb, I is the subject of the verb.

I lead the score to standard one.

Now,

Think about D:
200,000 of which type exist worldwide, interfering with pacemakers

Conceptually 200,000 is the subject of "interfering". Can a number interfere? nope. So D is wrong.

Answer is A though I don't like "there are".
