While you appear to have solid professional work experience, a couple of items in your profile do raise concerns. First, you need to verify that your target schools hold the BCom as an equivalent bachelor's degree. It is not viewed as equivalent to a US 4-yr degree, so you might not be meeting the degree requirement for some schools. Your CA does not count as a degree; it is a certification. Second, your GMAT score is low relative to the program averages for the schools on your list. To be competitive (especially as an international student), you want to be close to or above the GMAT average. At a 650, you might even be just below the mid-50% range of some of these schools. I encourage you to consider retaking the exam to increase your score. Finally, I also encourage you to consider expanding your school search and changing up your target list. There are some great programs out there where you might be more competitive--just be sure they accept the BCom as an equivalent degree.
