Dear Gerry, thanks for dropping us a line here! Hope we can help you out..

Soooo, I think the toughest thing in your profile is this "Second MBA" thing. It's totally possible for you to make it in to a school for a second MBA, but you really have to present your argumentation very clearly and logically, and it should be more than "I'd like to work out of India" )although to be honest, it's also a very good reason! :) ). Sometimes schools can be a bit skeptical about folks doing a second MBA, so you have to show them your logic. And this challenge can be a made a bit more difficult by your Masters GPA which is not all that super high (or is it?? I don't know what school you are talking about, and what the grade equivalencies might be).

I think this will make the tougher schools on your list very challenging (INSEAD and NUS), which is fair enough! Everybody needs to have a challenging school or two to apply to! At the others you listed you have more of a shot, but you really gotta get that story down pat.

Hope this helps you out dude, and good luck to ya!
