Dear Stacy,

I am a lawyer 2004 passout. I have a work experience of 3.5 years. After which I left the place where I was working as there was not much job satisfaction. I am currently pursuing a masters in business laws course from bangalore. Though its a distance course for working professionals that is all I am doing presently as no one would give me a break for preparing for these exams. This course will be over in february. It was important for me to pursue this course as without it it is very difficult for me to seek a break in corporate law firms or MNCs. Now I am lured by MBA and took Gmat this 30th september and scored 650. What decent colleges in US can I realistically apply to. also find attached herewith my resume, if you get the time to read it.

Dear anshumansahijpal,

As an international student, you will be most competitive at schools where your GMAT is at or above the average GMAT. In your case, you will want to look at schools with GMAT averages under a 650. It will also be imperative you convey your rationale for going to business school in relation to your past experience and future career goals.

Good luck,
Lisa
