Hey Vaibhav,

You are not dealing with simply IMO's anymore . Jokes apart

It is not only about the IDIOM because other choices too use the correct idiom structure. We have to see the "mood" as well in this sentence. We should explain why 'Pay' is better than 'Pays' here. I hope you get what I mean.
