Remainder would be 15 and quotient would be 0 when we divide 15/20.
But if we were to express 15/20 as a decimal, reducing it or not reducing it would yield the same answer = 0.75 (no difference)

20? wold it be 20 times 0 with 15 left over?

I think it might matter..Ran across a question something like this...


If Y> X what is Y?

1) X/Y has remainder of 20

1 would be suff. if the remainder can only by be 20 when x/y


lets suppose x= 15 and y= 20 etc... just wondering what you should do when handling remainders like this. for some reason, my instinct is to reduce 15/20 then find remainder.
