There are many important things in our lives. Probably religion is one of the most important things in our lives. Some people claim that religion can play important role to fight against poverty and war. Consequently religion should be taught in public schools. Some people disagree with the statement that religion should not be taught in public schools. I strongly believe that religion should be taught in public schools. I listed my reasons below.

First of all, as we know that no religion contains violence. All religion order people to become peaceful and respect other people. If we want to have better life, we need to teach religions to our kids. In my opinion, the best place to teach religion is public schools. Kids can learn religion in an effective way.

Secondly, there are many important things that unite people. In my opinion, religion is one of the most important cornerstones of the community, especially in eastern culture. Because it unites people, motivates people for the achievement. Religion order people to help poor people, fight against poverty. If we desire to have better community, our kids need to learn that religion direct people to become a good human. Our children also all religions. Consequently, they can choose any religion whatever they believe.

In summary, I strongly agree with the opinion that religion should be taught in public schools. To learn religion is one of the basic human rights. I do not understand why some people disagree with me. I wish they could felt the same way.
