regarding mixture and allegation pblms

Hi Guys,
i have problem with the mixture and allegation problems.There are 2 ways to solve the problem one by diagrammatic representation and other using equation.i get confused on seeing the problem which one to use

Well its a matter of individual choice and one's comfort level. It seems you are getting few right and few wrong using both the methods. If you insist to pick one such method, then its Equation one. Its my opinion though.
