Hi stacy Blackman

i finished my bachelors degree last year and my GPA is 79.8. since then i have been working as a software engineer in a company.im planning to give gmat in 3months so that i can apply for universities which are starting in january 2013.i just want to know
1. if i can apply for any b-school with 1 yr exp?
2. what is the average gmat score shd i get to get into a above average school?
3.what all things do u think i need to focus on?

Hi sravyajwalapuram,

You can apply to business schools with 1 year of work experience, however most MBA programs like to see at least 2 years of work experience. Most top MBA programs like to see GMAT scores of at least a 700.
