From which Indian undergraduate institution did you graduate as this bears on the competitiveness of your academic profile? Was your 77% First Class With Distinction?

You are roughly at the average GMAT score for these schools. But for non-Indian universities a very crude way to gauge the average Indian GMAT score is to add about 40 points to the published average for all students. So for those schools that would put the Indian average at approximately 700-710. I would therefore recommend you to retake the GMAT.

Ya my degree states First Class with Distinction
I would consider re-taking the exam but should i take a chance right now by applying in these universities or not??

And what other B-schools should i consider with this score and profile.
I am looking for B schools in US or Singapore.

That is great to hear you graduated with a First Class With Distinction. But did you mention from which Indian undergraduate institution you graduated? The competitiveness of undergraduate institution is an especially important criterion for Indian applicants given the number of candidates from this competitive group.

My univ was GGSIPU, Delhi. Its AICTE approved

That is a good school. Am I correct it is Top 25 and the 2nd best university in Delhi after University of Delhi?

If so, a First Class with Distinction would counter-balance the lower GMAT score to some extent making your application competitive for the schools. But with a 700+ GMAT you could consider those schools as well as more selective Top 15-20 U.S. schools. I would still recommend you to retake the GMAT.

Much depends on your goals. It is difficult to provide you with guidance with so little information. I would recommend for you to look at U.S. schools outside the top 15 and see which resonate with you.
