reg. starting the GMAT prep software application

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback on my earlier mail.

I do have one more query regarding the GMAT prep software.

I downloaded the . exe file today. I looked for a desktop icon to start the software and take one test. But could not do so.

Do I need to run the .exe file each time - for me, only then it opens the application. Is this the correct way of doing?

You have to install it just once for the very first time and every next time when you wish to take a test, you have to click the icon appearing in your start menu after having installed it.

When I click on the start menu, it asks again and again : " do you want to run this file?". If I click yes, it runs for me . If I say "No", then I am unable to access the prep sofware.

I think instead of opening the Prep software, each time, the .exe file installs all the files. How do I rectify this?

Please help
