I would not recommend having one written by a student. Don't you have a boss? Someone you have to report to? Maybe you were active in a club or non-profit where the President could write one?

Ya i do have a boss(director of the institute where i teach). Should i get one from him? I am also a lifetime member of the red-cross and have been involved with the Rotaract Club for a year.
