Your verbal scores are much short of what constitutes a 'good' score on verbal. According to me at least a 40 should be a target on verbal.

First get a fair idea of what is tested on GMAT verbal using a book like PR (or any other that you like). Then, I'd suggest that you go through a good high school grammar book, paying special attention to verbs, participles, gerunds, infinitives, & pronouns and all kinds of pronouns, and correlating with your study on the tested topics and areas. Also, if your grammar book includes, do cover subject-verb agreement, correct use of pronouns & verbs and clauses. Sounds like a lot and it is quite a lot! But if you really want to get going good this will help a lot.

Once you grasp most of this areas, you must start practicing rigourously from OG and other books and online resources. If required, do a quick revision on the grammar book if time permits or if you feel the need to (I did!).

For CR and RC, your first aim should be to improve your reading as well as comprehension speed. Work on those however you deem suitable for you. SImultaneously keep practicing as much as possible, trying to grasp the underlying nuances of logic as in the GMAT, and getting acquainted with the patterns.
