The first question should read (1/5)^(m)*(1/4)^(18)=1/(2*10^35)

It can be solved in the following manner:

1/5^m*1/(2^2)^(18)=1/2*5^35*2^35

1/5^m*1/2^(36)=1/2^36*5^35

Compare both sides to get m=35.

Can someone explain the answer to 2nd question also? I know the answer is d) between 1/4 and 1/2 but don't understand how
