Here another ratio question...

What is the ratio of x to y?
1) The ratio of x to 2y is 4 to 3
2) The ratio of 3x to y is 8 to 1

somebody can help me? Pleaseee

Answer should be D.

Solving the equations:

from (1) X/Y = 8/3
from (2)X/Y = 8/3
