b 7000 p/h
2 mst produce 100000 pencils and each can operate for max 8 hrs find least time for machine b

A-9000 p/hr
B-7000p/hr
let A works for a hours and B for b hours
then 9000a + 7000b = 100000
9a+7b=100
a max=8
thus to minimize b, maximize a
72 + 7b = 100
b= 4 hours
