You are competitive for all of those schools. I do not know the specifics of your work as a scientist but one piece of advice is to align your pre-MBA background with your long-term goals of sustainability. There are many ways to do this whether an evolution in perspective, actual work, exposure, etc.

Also, given your goals, you might wish to add Michigan Ross to the mix (https://erb.umich.edu/)
