NYU Stern's part-time program is highly respected and you should not fear that employers are going to count it against you for choosing the part-time program. However, you need to understand that you will be trading off one of the most important benefits of going to a top business school: deep social and professional relationships with your classmates (and possibly your professors). I'm not saying that you won't have good relationships with your classmates and professors, but nothing can compare to the experience of spending 2 years together learning, being challenged, taking risks, etc. and having that be your own priority.

Don't worry so much about what employers are going to think about you doing a part-time program. Focus on how YOU are going to feel about it!
