My last score was 470 Q.44/ v.14 ..

Do I have to increase the verbal part only in order to reach 600 ? because I saw too many people got above 700 and their score were Q.44 V.45 Does that means their Quant. score same mine ?

I would say that you need to bring verbal up..
Quant looks decent but surely everything has scope for improvement :D

You've a good quant score. Check your percentile to gauge where you stand.
