For business school there is not one official system which compiles all of your application materials, such as that used for Law or Med school applications. There are some schools who accept a form of a common application, but for the most part, each school has their own application process.

The good news is that most applications are completed entirely online now, including the recommendations. For most schools, you will simply submit the contact details of your recommenders, and a form or log-in will be emailed directly to them. They'll complete everything online, and they may be requested to answer specific questions or ratings scales for that particular program.
