I am looking for the quickest strategy to do seconds to minutes to miles conversions that would allow me to solve these types of problems quickly.

What's the OA for this. Is it E?

If we take speed as 17.9 , distance turns out to be 6.1
If we take speed as 16.1 , distance turns out to be 5.48

17.9 and 16.1 satisfy both the statements.

Yes, the answer is E.
How long does it take you to solve such type problem without calculator? It takes me a lot of time.
