I am planning to give GMAT by 3rd week of May 2013. When is latest i can register for the exam?

You can register for the exam up to 24 hours in advance, but if you are sure you plan to take the exam on that date, I suggest you register as much in advance as possible, so you are sure to get a spot. Good luck!
