Currently final year engineering student from India.GPA=8.47/10(till 7th sem) 2nd in my batch,boards class X=83.2%,class XII=89%.
Presently fresher gave final sem exam results awaiting soon.Also got job from WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES,hoping to join the company soon.Looking to pursue MBA after 2 to 3 years,is it ok or more experience do I need?
Also scoring 680 to 700 in mock GMAT,by self study,should I enroll for any course or should I do self study and work hard more?My target is around 760+ in GMAT,also how much should I score in AWA section and in integrated reasoning section?
As studying in English medium from childhood do I need to give IELTS/TOEFL?What are the cut off marks and IELTS band?
Extra curricular:
1>All India National MBA competition prize winner & NIIT all India 93 percentile in NITAT exam.
2>Played district level cricket during childhood,love to swim play TT,cricket,football,chess,cycling.
3>Diploma in FINE ARTS & SINGING.
4>Community work:Involved in NGO in KOLKATA,and member of Rotaract club Calcutta and this year the upcoming Secretary for RC CALCUTTA,DIST:3291.
5>Involved in network marketing company during college days as part time income as parents both had retired.
6>Projects:DBMS FROM IBM,METRO RAILWAYS KOLKATA,ROBOTICS-IIT ROORKEE & YOGIKI,NETWORKING FROM WEBEL GOVT OF WEST BENGAL,COLLEGE FINAL YEAR RESEARCH PROJECT-FREQUENCY SELECTIVE SURFACE.
Scoring 680 to 700 in mocks can I expect in actual GMAT to be around 750 or 760+?

What are my chance where are my shortcomings sir/madam,please help me,how can I improve,how to make a more strong application?
