In relation to the new version of the GMAT, I know that in the Quantitative and Verbal sections there WON'T be new types of question.

However, I would like to know whether these sections (Q and V) will evaluate NEW concepts or topics in comparison with the old versión of the exam. I have read in your official blog that the Official Guide 12th (the old one) was enough for the new version of the exam, except for the IR section. Based on that information, I believe that, in these sections, there won't be new concepts to be evaluated in the new version in comparison with the old one. Please, confirm that I am right.

In other words, have the Quanitative and Verbal sections changed?

Thank you!

PD. I make this question because I prepared for the exam using the OG12th.

Hello, Metallicafan. I can confirm that there are NO changes to the Quant or Verbal sections of the GMAT exam. In the next gen GMAT exam, you will have the new Integrated Reasoning section, and the AWA Analysis of an Issue essay has been dropped. You will still have the AWA Analysis of an Argument essay.

I hope that helps!
