I am running short of time so i have to prioritize things...

I have solved each and every question of the Quant Review guide (green color) by GMAC.. Is there any reason i should solve the Quant section of the big yellow Official Guide ?

Yes You should. Its said that OG 11 (Orange or Yellow) has to be completed before you go for the test. Since you mentioned you are running out of time, focus atleast on Diagnostic test questions and Last 100 questions from OG.

Yes, the Q review has no overlap with the OG11 book. You will see all new problems and with limited time left, you should focus on working through real GMAC questions and the GMATPrep cats (if you haven't already).
