IMO the answer is B.

i may have gotten the point wrong... but for me although
the correct idiom is as ... as, isn´t the survey making a comparison between two different sizes ?

so.. aren´t there four time more students more likely planning in deprived areas than others ?

I may be wrong, but this is how I decided I am going to study. If it´s wrong, i know someone will come I "clear my mind"...

B. minority graduates are nearly four times more likely than other graduates who plan on practicing -on praticising is wrong .C. minority graduates are nearly four times as likely as other graduates to plan on practicing - as likely as means...four times , not more than 4 times , So changes the meaning and on praticising is wrong .
D. it is nearly four times more likely that minority graduates rather than other graduates will plan to practice -It has no refrant.E. it is nearly four times as likely for minority graduates than other graduates to plan to practice - same as D.

IMO: D

D gets the idiom "plan to" correct, B,C. In E, the usage : its is likely for .. is wrong. A: in planning to practice sounds awkward

i agree with vivek kapoor.. it should be a.. as it uses the correct idioms while other sentences changes the menaing if they use correct idiom.
Whats the OA nyways..
