Do the 2 full length tests in GMATPrep contain experimental questions like the actual GMAT?

One of the screens does mention that GMAT will have experimental questions, which is okay but does not mention so about the GMATPrep.

I am averaging 640 in the GMATPrep. What kind of indicator should I take this to be? I hope to get as closer as possible to 700 on the test day.

GMATPrep does mimic the actual GMAT very well. If you're consistently scoring 640 on GMATPrep practice tests, then you should be expecting around that score on the GMAT.
